Susantini
Director of Spa
With over two decades of experience in wellness and hospitality, Putu Sushantini serves as Spa Director at Heavenly Spa by Westin. She began her journey at the property in 2004 as Spa Manager and now leads spa operations with a strong focus on guest wellbeing, service excellence, and sustainable business performance. An accredited Spa Auditor and Spa Assessor certified by Indonesia's national certification body, she is passionate about developing people and teams through leadership, management, and coaching initiatives that support meaningful growth and lasting impact within the wellness industry. Under her leadership, Heavenly Spa continues to elevate its performance and reputation in Nusa Dua and Bali, reflecting Westin's commitment to wellbeing while contributing to Marriott's portfolio of premium spa experiences across the Asia Pacific region.
Cok Dewi
Spa Manager
Cok Dewi began her career as a spa therapist overseas, and upon returning to Bali, she took on various roles, including Spa Receptionist and Spa Advisor, before joining Heavenly Spa by Westin. In December 2013, she became a Spa Supervisor at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua Bali, where she was recognized nationally, winning the prestigious Spa & Wellness Tourism Award 2019 in Jakarta. She was promoted to Spa Manager in December 2023 and currently serve as Vice President of Westin Women in Leadership (Westin Women's Associate Resource Group). Her leadership philosophy is built on integrity, patience, and hard work, and she is passionate about helping others achieve wellness and relaxation.
